LilyPond passes what that lyrics-bar.ly intended to test, but that test could
be improved.
The no Bar_Engraver line was intended to show that lyrics /can/ be made to leak
under the bar, if requested, but the demonstration should not be made on the
final bar, with the new default keep-inside-line.

The fact that "no" collides with the next staff looks like the bug under
discussion today on -user.

This regression test uses packed-spacing, which already places notes and
barlines to the right of markup on previous notes.  The ligatures combine
lots of notes under the first note in the ligature, but their space was
already reserved.  This reg-test does better with :
\override PaperColumn #'keep-inside-line = ##f
