I believe it produces default line-widths on my setup with or without
texi2pdf for texinfo files, although I've not been able to actually
see a final pdf or html, as I don't have working versions of either
texi2pdf or texi2html under Windows at the moment.  But at least 
lilypond-book now runs correctly to completion under Windows 
on a number of .itexi files.
