Looks that git-cl tried to upload to sever named 'git cl upload
origin/master' - no way this could work:

Apparently this error was already present when configuring:

The server should be codereview.appspot.com.
I think you can change it like this:
- show hidden files using ctrl+H
- go to lilypond-git/.git
- open file 'config'
- find [rietveld] label and change server field.
