I don't like this either, but it was already used elsewhere in this
section.  We already have unnumberedsubsubsec, so can't use that.

Doc: Clarify automatic beam setting (2701)

Explain at the beginning the precedence of the
rules, and include an example to show how to
disable beamExceptions.
