I don't think so. info-lilypond is supposed to be a low-volume list for
important announcements. A weekly additional posting on development
activity does not really seem interesting for most users. We could
collect them and put them into the LilyPond Report: that gets
announcements on info-lilypond and that's ok, I should think.
