PowerPC build of Lilypond 2.16.2 on Ubuntu 13.10

Hello all,

It looks like there's a blocking factor in releasing the fixed Lilypond 2.16.2 
on Ubuntu 13.10: the PowerPC build of the updated package is failing.

Here's the build log:

Does anyone have any idea why this error should be present?
