I cannot answer that, I rarely build the website locally.

That's what I did, it's a patch, it needs patch testing anyway in case it
breaks something in the build generally. You could argue it's the same as
when we update the pngs or jpgs on the 'website', it still has to be added
to git and so needs testing as normal.
