PATCHES: Countdown for July 15th 2014

Hello,

Here is the current patch countdown list. The next countdown will be on
July 15th - I won't be around on the 14th to do the countdown and as
there are a fair few patches in process, I thought it would be better to
be a day later (than a day earlier) to help give more time for any reviews.
