It’s no bother.  I corrected one entry [in brackets].  (single-C is based on 
the numerator only, just like single-digit.)  Thanks for taking the time to 
type this out for everyone.

The single-C style is waiting to be pushed

The bug squad has accepted my suggestion to rename single-digit to 
single-number (https://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=4178).
