I've tried another environment.
On
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64 bit,
LilyPond official web site's binary 2.18.2 linux-64,
Century Schoolbook L OTFs exist in ~/.fonts.
SVG output is not embeded text fonts.
If I understand correctly,
LilyPond can not embed text fonts to SVG files.
and/or
SVG files can not be embeded OTFs.
