"Please install required programs:  TeX Gyre fonts OTF"

If I do:

sudo apt-get install fonts-texgyre

I get:

E: Couldn't find package fonts-texgyre

Where do I go now?

these instructions should work


Extract zip

copy extracted dir to '~/.fonts' directory before compiling or if you
don't want to create a .fonts you can use 'configure
