hence 'its' not 'their'.

Unless the initialization is happening 'to' the many definitions of the
properties of the context rather than happening to the one definition of
context itself (and using various properties for that initialization)?

I.e. context has a single definition defined by many properties - at
least that was my interpretation. :)
