Sure, this would be a nice addition to lilypond/infrastructure.

As to "short", my understanding is that lilypond/lilypond effectively
has Gold status, so a maximum of 50,000 minutes per month. Which we're
pretty far away from 😉

Indeed! There is not much of a concern to have…
