Probably that error message is from _your_ Documentation/out-www/it/usage.splittexi.log.


Now let's have a look at _my_ Documentation/out-www/it/usage.splittexi.log:

Please quote the entire contents of that file on your system.

Which versions of makeinfo / texi2html are installed on your system? (texi2html --version, makeinfo --version)

Do you work on translations of manuals in the 'master' branch?


I'm working on the translation branch, even though my patch can be easily applied to master as well (as you did). As I wrote in my previous email, .itexi files in Documentation/out-www/it are not updated when their .itely sources have changed.

$ texi2html --version
1.82

$ makeinfo --version
texi2any (GNU texinfo) 6.7

$ make --version
GNU Make 4.3
