How hard would it be to also add support for -dpreview and -dcrop in the 
Cairo backend?

I'm experimenting with a workflow involving LilyPond-generated cropped 
SVGs, and I find that the SVGs generated via Cairo cause much less 
trouble than those made with the old SVG backend. (Of course, I can work 
with manually-cropped SVGs for the time being.)
