Would it be reasonable to use the term "Duration" in cases where we are
discussing length of music, and change the internal structure we have been
calling Duration to something like ItemDuration?

Then an ItemDuration could contain a durlog and some dots.  And a Duration
would have main music (and possible grace music) lengths as rationals.

That might be a way to get the user-facing notation to be more consistent
(length is physical length, duration is music length).

I don't know if this makes sense, but it's an idea I had.
