I’m probably not going to be much help here: I haven’t used either of those in 
so long (like, a decade?!) that just now I had to go look at them to even 
remember what they actually hold.

I use Appendix A from time to time, and Appendix B once in a blue moon… but 
essentially never use C, D, or E.
