Yes, easiest is using scheme markup text:

        [c'8.^#'(columns (music "scripts-mordent"
        ((kern . 0.5) "scripts-turn"))) des16]

You can do that with spacer notes in a chord, but also like above:

        [c8.^#'(columns "" ((music (kern . 3) "scripts-turn"))) d16]
