I just added support for A3 paper in CVS. The problem is that
the general papersize selection mechanism doesn't seem to work.
No matter how I set the papersize variable like in
\paper{ papersize = "letter"}
\include "paper20.ly"
only a4-init.ly is included and the lilypondpaperlinewidth
TeX variable in the generated TeX file is always set to 190.
I can't understand why it fails.
