lyrics stanzas below notes

Hi,

how can I have lyrics /below/ the notes? -- suppose I've a piece with
multiple stanzas and I'd like to have the first lyrics stanza
immediately below the notes but lyrics 2 - ... after the piece.
It should look like this:


 ---------
 ---------
 --------- notes, first line
 ---------
 ---------

 1. text for stanza 1



 ---------
 ---------
 --------- notes, second line
 ---------
 ---------

 1. text for stanza 1


(notes are finished here)


 2. text for stanza 2
 3. text for stanza 3
 ...


any help much appreciated.
