Hello, all --

For some reason, I'm getting this warning when processing:

Calculating line breaks... warning: No spacing wishes found. Does your 
score have a staff?

Furthermore, the items don't appear in the order they should (I think) 
, based on my input (included below this email; actual note values 
reduced here for space reasons). Any thoughts as to what I'm doing 
wrong would be appreciated!
