Lily should break beam after tied notes after barlines

        Since I started using the \noBeam, I wonder if 
Lilypond should have implicit beam breaking or \noBeam after there's a tied 
note from a preious bar.

an example.
b2~ |
b8. \noBeam fis'16 b8. fis16 |

the beam should break automatically at  \noBeam as the first tied note (b8.) is 
considered as the note from the 1st bar.

fis2 ~ |
fis8. \noBeam b,16 fis'8. a,16 |

another example. I come across doing this few times, so I thought maybe this is 
the "correct" way lilypond should publish the music as.

Not sure how correct am I, but maybe this could be a bug fix?
