What's the right way to designate repeats for a piece that has:
Chorus
Chorus (written at end of chorus: "last X to Coda")
Verse 1
Verse 2 (written at end of verse: "D.C. al Coda"
Chorus
Coda
The chorus and verse repeats seem simple, but I have no idea how to
designate the last chorus/coda bit.
I'd like the MIDI to play correctly for this.
