Lily Pond Win2000 problem

Hi--

I tried to install Lily Pond today on my PC running Windows 2000 Professional. 
It seemed to run ok, but when i double clicked on the test file rest.ly, I got 
a little command prompt box that gave an error message as follows:

/usr/bin/bash: Line 1: kpsexpand: command not found

Any ideas what I can do from here?
