Han-Wen,
I've found the culprit.
The errormessage is caused by a fermata over a full measure rest:
\new Voice \relative c
{
\clef "treble"
\time 4/4
R1*4/4 \fermata
}
Removing the fermata clears the error, changing the rest to r1 too.
