I have tried invoking ETF2LY from the command line, as the manual SAYS
TO DO.
However... it doesn't do anything.
I'm on a WinXP system. If it doesn't have an .exe extension it's not
executable to the system.
Yes, I have Python's shell. I know squat about how to use it.
Some explanations for NON-programmers (or at least those still learning)
would be nice.
