Is it possible to do in Lyrics block (or is there a trick?)
\set stanza = \markup{"2."}
, because Lily currently return errors.
I'm reffering to many vocal parts that have dynamic markings before the
stanza number (to mark how the following stanza should be sang), so this
could easily be done like eg.
\set stanza =\markup{\dynamic "p" "2."}
