The easiest is to make them as a sequence of separate
\score{...} blocks. Read in "Creating Titles" on how
to get the titles on each score. If you want more text, you can just add a \markup{...} block between two \score{...} blocks. There are certainly several examples
and related discussions in the mailing list archives.
