The semantical meaning of a chord in LilyPond is that all notes
of the chord belong to one and the same voice, so it does not make
sense to change staff for only one of the notes. If you want to change
staff for the full voice, then you can use
<c e' g'>4 \change Staff=staffTwo

Hi all,
it seems LilyPond doesn't like staff changes within a chord, since
<c \change Staff=staffTwo e' g'>4
doesn't work. The alternative expression
<<c4 \change Staff=staffTwo e'4 g'4>>
works fine, but does no longer contain the semantics of a "chord". It
could not seem to find any visual difference yet, though. What is the
official recommended way to express that? Any idea?
