Heres a version of the whole lilypond/elisp directory with CamelCases
changed to lowercase.  Ive tested it slightly here and it seems to
work.  The revision ive worked on is 2.11.34.  

If there are no obvious reasons to keep the current case scheme i
suggest some developer test these files and substitute them in the
dist making emacs work in lowercase.

Using CamelCase in lilypond seems both unnecessary and archaic,
especially in a short SingleWordTradeMarkNoun like LilyPond, both for
punching and automatic editing tasks.

There may be sensible reasons to keep some words apart - fex. in the
menu - by using straight capitals, ie. Lilypond.  These are easy to
include.
