My reputable reference manual[1] agrees with Rune vis-à-vis note names in
German.

It doesn't mention Danish or Swedish, so I will defer to Rune and Mats,
respectively, and make the necessary changes -- one 's' or two respectively
-- in the list of pitch names at the back of the glossary.

I'll also see what other messes I have to clean up, passim.
