Hi Oscar,

your example looks very good - great to see that there are some guitarist out 
there using lilypond!

Just a short remark about bar 4: the letter "p" is somewhat misplaced and 
looks like an uppercase "P", this is AFAIK a problem concerning the alignment 
of letters in lilypond, which are not aligned at the baseline. But I didn't 
find any solutions or workarounds (yet).

Generally, I would use the \small sizes of p, i, m, a and x throughout - I 
think they look better in combination with the \ltoe/\rtoe signs.
