The Dynamic_engraver has recently been replaced by two new engravers,
the New_dynamic_engraver and the Dynamic_align_engraver, so some
dynamics-related tweaks have changed.  Since I am not running a git
build, manual tweaks like this will be updated after 2.11.46 is
*officially* released.  Then I will test the new behavior and update
the docs.
