Reinhold, this is BEAUTIFUL!

One of my pet peeves with the documentation has been the lack of a "Next" 
when you get to the end of the last subsection in a section.  And now 
it's fixed!

How can I get this on my system so that I can have this output instead of 
(or in addition to) the old html from 'make web'?
