Actually one of the examples towards the end of section 6.3.1 does contain a 
\displayLilyMusic command, so it wasn't strictly incorrect.  But it was 
misleading, so I've moved it.  That index entry should now (or will shortly) 
take you to that example, rather than the top of the subsection.
