Global Options
        
in the pan left : Jedit
                select shortcuts
        
in pan right at the top
        select  All or Plugin: lilyPondTool

bellow
column Command
        select and clic on  Braces {} - Braces > {}
enter with the keypad, your prefered key (I put F2)
