Dear all,

I sometimes want to see how a function or a variable is defined, for example
the TimeScaledMusic. How can I find their definition in source code?

Much or all of the non C++ code is already on your machine. On my system
cd /usr/local/lilypond/usr/share/lilypond/current/
and
grep TimeScaledMusic */*

Showed me that the code was in
scm/define-music-display-methods.scm
