For me each is confusing as the other, since I don't understand scheme. Is there any "Scheme in a nutshell", probably especially for Lilypond?

You mean "in addition to LM appendix B. Scheme tutorial", or
"instead of LM appendix B. Scheme tutorial" ?

To be honest, I didn't read LM appendix B before. It's a good starting point even if it's not a nutshell to cross the daily work ocean. But it answers a lot of questions, i.e. where Scheme ends and Lilypond starts (#), as well as syntax fundamentals. More details are found in the NR chapter 6.
