Patrick,

I appreciate the response. Unfortunately, I already had to pass in the
--with-ncsd-dir flag in order for make install to work properly. I
hope I have the right font files, though:

address@hidden /usr/local/Cellar/ghostscript/8.70/share/ghostscript/fonts
$ md5 c059016l.pfb c059036l.pfb c059033l.pfb c059013l.pfb
MD5 (c059016l.pfb) = 6d60d9f11683ba77fba7fab5e5f039f5
MD5 (c059036l.pfb) = 126e84698ec90b5cfcfaae957715b7e4
MD5 (c059033l.pfb) = 8232b6a4a86cb7049ed1c07f55d4e643
MD5 (c059013l.pfb) = 090c5acdd23827b4b33e6c4745471eaf

Any other ideas?
