When a composer want a Do note but it can be replaced by a Mi if it is
impossible because it is too low for the instrument or it is difficult
for players who are not very good, the notation shown in attached
picture is often used.
But Lilypond doesn't seem to support this notation...
How can it be shown?
The following code made this output in the right of attached picture.
\partcombine { \override NoteHead #'font-size = #-4 \parenthesize
