Maybe i'm missing something, but why don't you just write:

\version "2.13.43"

\new Staff {
\relative c''' {
  \ottava #1
  a16-5 ees!16-2 g,16-1
  aes'!16-4 r16 e16-2
  <c g' >16-1-4
  f16-3
  }
}

?
