As a workaround, increase your file descriptor limit (for examepl, ulimit -n
3000).
But be aware that a resource leak is still a bug. In which version
does this happen, 2.12 or 2.13? If it's 2.13, I'll try to have a
look this weekend -- as I'm running OpneBSD where resource limits
are tight by default, I've got some practice in hunting down resource
leaks in 3rd party software ;-)
