musicxml2ly - very little bug(s)

Hello,

musicxml2ly always brings in the paper-block „botton-margin“ instead of
„bottom-margin“. Could somebody fix that? 

Also I would prefere a line break to get 
„ \clef "treble" \key as \major \time 3/4 
es4 \bar "|" “
instead of
„ \clef "treble" \key as \major \time 3/4 es4 \bar "|" “
as first lines inside a voice definition.
