I took a look at this file, and I came up with the attached. What I've done seems to work just fine, but given the substantial changes, I'm a bit unsure of what I've done. Could you (and interested parties reading this) try this out?
One question I have concerns the lines which are commented out (which are updates of lines in the original snippet). Uncommenting them doesn't affect the output of the example. Are they at all necessary?
