I tried it under linux (ubuntu) with 2.16.2 and 2.17.19.
Your smaller snippet compiles without errors in both versions, but the
InstrumentName does not appear, as you described it.
Your whole score throws a lot of errors and warnings, shows the same
lack of the InstrumentName, but it also compiles in the end (10min) and
does not crash.
-> crash in 2.17.19 only under windows
-> missing InstrumentName with grace notes in piano staff in all LP
versions
I hope this can help someone familiar with LP to trace down this bug.
