I think you can. The piano part is not part of the issue, so you could start by removing everything to do with that.

I don't think I can code 10 lines of code too demonstrate the problem that I encounter. Sorry for the inconvenience that may cause lilyponders.

I do the same. I cut down as much and still cannot discover where is the missing element.  My original score has 59 measures.

If you try to make your example more minimal, you may figure out the issue on your own. 9 times out of 10 when I start writing an email to the list I never send it because I uncover the issue while creating a tiny example. http://www.lilypond.org/tiny-examples.html
