sure, thanks for the hint.
Although both - windows and linux - return the same error.
The first error.log [4] was from a Ubuntu 12.10 with Lilypond 2.18.2
inside a virtual box. The now following error_win.log [5] is from
Windows 7 pro x64 with Lilypond 2.16.0.
I'd prefer to have a running linux version in the end (because
lilypond-book on windows has problems with Lilypond-files being included
from sub-file (see [6])
