The normal sequence would be something like

lilypond-book Bibliotry.lytex
pdflatex Bibliotry.tex
bibtex Bibliotry.aux
pdflatex Bibliotry.tex
pdflatex Bibliotry.tex

Do this on the command line, or teach the editor you are using to do it 
for you, and you should be all set.
