curved line following HorizontalBracket and bendafter

1. if i draw a line how can i make it so it always moves to the upper/lower portion onto a specific part of the staff regardless of were it starts c or c'  or c'' etc

2. i modified HorizontalBracket and bendafter so how do I make that line/curve follow the distance of the (bracket/bendafter)
