Chord between braces

Hello all:

I've been looking for a way to place braces [ ] around a whole chord without succes. The lilypond documentation warns that using \parenthesize with a chord will place each note between parentheses, and the same occurs when I use \bracketify snippet. I desperately need the whole chord to be bracketified, does anyone knows a solution for this?
